Important Information

1. Passengers should reach the pick-up point no later than 15 minutes prior to departure. An additional fee will be charged for extra waiting time.
2. When scheduling your return trip, please allow extra time to debrief and get changed to avoid being charged a waiting fee.
3. Eating or drinking is not permitted on the bus. An additional fee will be charged for non-compliance.
4. Passengers are NOT permitted to wait in the HKFC G/F Lobby for the bus. The same applies for storing equipment being taken to the away venue. Please use the Infield stadium seating areas to meet and/or store equipment.
5. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the confirmed departure time (as per the booking form) or the full cost of the booking will be charged regardless.

5. Bus and driver information will be confirmed via email 1 day before departure
